The role of Assistant Manager is to support the Store Manager in the organization of work in the store and create an efficient, welcoming and safe environment.
Your responsibilities as Pylones Assistant Manager will be:
- To engage in the development of the store turnover
- Communicate, listen and build customer loyalty
- Ensure good performance and cleanliness of the store
- Oversee stock control and deliveries in the absence of the Store Manager
- Manage and motivate the team
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences are delivered by the entire team
- Manage rotas in absence of the Store Manager
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in management
- Strong leadership skills
- Be passionate about retail and customer service
- Have a “Can do” attitude
- Computer literature (experienced in Excel and Word)
