We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk (approx 20 hours per week) for our client in Stevenage on a Fixed Term Contract.

The salary of £25,000pa being offered is on a pro-rata basis.

It is essential that you have previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, and that you will be available to start work immediately!

The role:

Process and scan invoices onto the system

Match quantities & values when goods are received

Pay invoices, and record all payments made

File paid invoices

Record all invoices on spreadsheet, track and pay the instalments when due

Reconcile accounts to supplier's statements and agree balances

Control the GRNI account by regular allocation

Scan invoices onto the system

About you:

It will be desirable if you have dealt with multiple currencies previously

Attention to detail

Confident user of MS Packages, inlcuing MS Excel
