Supporting adults with Learning Disabilities - Residential Setting
***** Full support and training - Permanent Position
***** £17500 for a 37.5 hour a week contract, which includes alternate weekends
***** Overtime sleep-ins, you can earn up to £20000 per year!
***** must be able to work Monday-Sunday early/late, minimum 2 weekends a month.
***** loads of benefits (i.e. up to 38 days annual leave, season ticket loan and many more!)

The role - Support Worker

A large and growing organisation with in the social care field are looking to appoint support workers to support adults with learning difficulties. Your main priority will be to ensure the safety of your clients and to promote independence. As a support worker will be expected to deliver outstanding self-cantered care to all clients within the service.

You will:
* Hold a valid DBS (Conducted in the last 12 months)
* MUST have at least 3 months UK experience in the care sector
* Have a good level of English (written & verbal) skills
* MUST be happy to provide personal care
* Good knowledge of Person Cantered Care & Team Work
