Role: Fertility Patient Coordinator

Salary: To £33,000 + Pension + 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Private Healthcare + Phone + Laptop

    What you will do as a Fertility Patient Coordinator:

  • Work with your patients to provide a bespoke service - you will be their main point of contact and will be responsible for providing support throughout their journey using multiple methods of communication such as telephone, messaging and online video calls.
  • Liase with third party clinics on behalf of the patient - their service minimises the stress on the patient and as such you will coordinate their treatment and work with clinics to manage the patient's journey such as booking appointments and handling all medication delivery.
  • Support the Chief Medical officer with the production of all documentation such as patient information and content - you will be instrumental in ensuring the business's success.
  • The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working within healthcare, supporting patients with confidential and sensitive matters - as such it is essential that you are both empathetic and approachable.
