Our Malvern based client is looking to recruit a Part Time Sales and Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team. Our Client has gained a reputation for both quality of products and services and have built a large customer base across the UK and Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Taking customer order details by telephone and from email requests
* Sales order processing using Sage 50 Accounts
* Confirming the status of customer orders and deliveries, keeping customers updated regarding any delays / changes to orders
* Processing and generating freight paperwork for despatch
* Answering the telephone
* Filing
* Coding and posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Sage 50 Accounts
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Distribution of invoices for authorisation as appropriate.
* Matching stock invoices against goods received on the stock system
* Other ad hoc duties as and when required
* Ensuring all procedures on company quality system ISO (Apply online only) are adhered to at all times

Personal Requirements

* Reliable/Flexible
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work alone but also to work within a team
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular excel spreadsheets
* Sage 50 experience preferable

The Package:

Salary £16,000 – £19,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience and qualifications

Hours: (25 – 30 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00 (hours to be agreed to suit both parties)

Holiday: 24 days a year plus bank holidays (January – December 3-4 days required for Christmas)
