Our client, a well known and successful organisation are looking to recruit a Part Time Quality Support Officer to start ASAP. The role is for a period of 2 months minimum Salary £17.23ph.

Purpose of the job:

To support the smooth and efficient running of the CCG’s Clinical Quality Review Group Meetings (CQRMs), and to provide management support to the Head of Quality.Meeting and Management support

Providing management support to the three CCG CQRMs with the Homerton, ELFT, and the Tavistock and Portman Trusts.

This includes:

* Managing meeting schedules, room bookings, and invites to attendees
* Agreeing agendas with the Head of Quality and the Chair
* Producing routine and ad hoc reports for discussion at the CQRMs
* Compiling and distributing papers in a timely manner
* Taking and delivering accurate and detailed minutes of the meetings
* Liaising with attendees and colleagues to ensure that actions are completed in a timely mannerThe post holder will need to be able to travel locally to attend off-site meetings on a regular basis.
* Providing management support for ad hoc meetings, e.g. North East London Quality Leads Meeting
* Supporting the Head of Quality to organise and manage meetings, and reporting to a variety of meetings.

Monitoring and reporting:

* Monitor reporting requirements for the CCG’s mental health consortium and ensure these are produced on time and in line with requirements.

Representing and deputising:

* Deputising for the Head of Quality as required.

Key Skills:

Significant experience of organising meetings and producing high quality minutes of clinical discussions.

Excellent planning and organisation skills.

Good project management skills and experience of leading projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively orally and in writing.

Competent user of relevant software including Microsoft Office.

Good report writing skills.

Good skills in persuading and influencing others
