PART-TIME (2 DAYS PER WEEK 9 AM TO 530 PM)

The Secretary’s key responsibilities are:

* Audio typing and secretarial work for a small department
* Filing, diary management and administration
* Liaising with clients both by phone and in person
* Provide reception cover when required
* Prepare invoices and cost schedules

Key skills required to be successful as a Secretary are:

* Ideally audio typing but training can be given
* Excellent keyboard and Outlook (Word, Excel) skills
* Clear professional polite telephone manner
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Positive attitude and a desire to ensure work is completed to a high standard
* Ability to handle sensitive confidential information and remain discreet and professional
