About the team
The team are pivotal in providing an excellent customer focused central administrative service to the College, and this role works with the Marketing and Reception teams in particular.
About the role
You will be expected to carry out a wide range of administration and customer service activities to a high standard. The duties will include the use of IT applications, dealing with enquiries on the telephone and face to face. Occasionally there may be the need to work an early evening.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is organised and able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure, is able to communicate well with people of all ages and from all backgrounds, can demonstrate strong attention to detail and is proficient in Microsoft Office and educated to at least level 2 standard (GCSE grade C) including English and Maths.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have had experience of working in an educational environment.
