Lecturer in Electrical Installation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lecturer who is qualified in Electrical Installation related discipline and has experience of delivering a wide range of Electrical Installation programmes. We desire an experienced and highly motivated lecturer to join our growing and dynamic team in our further development of inspiring and innovative teaching and learning practices.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of programme planning and delivery, learning approaches and assessment strategies and also possess excellent vocational knowledge and experience of the latest Electrical technologies.
Be able to teach and assess on a range of EAL and City and Guilds Electrical Installation courses from Level 1 to Apprentices of mixed ages and ability. The candidate must have onsite experience in electrical installation and an assessors awards would be beneficial but not compulsory.
As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' DBS (formerly CRB) check
