Hertford Regional College is looking to recruit a Programme Administration Lead (Apprenticeships) to oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of administration tasks for HRCs apprenticeship programmes.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience of providing effective administrative management, an understanding of internal systems and procedures and have a track record in providing information/data that helps underpin operational decision-making, programme delivery and quality processes. The ideal applicant will also have experience of the learner (eportfolio) and employer (CRM) data management.

Salary: £23,685 - £25,380 per annum depending on qualifications and experience

Hours: 36 hours per week

Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank and Public Holidays
