PART TIME ACCOUNTS/OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are a small and very busy office in Lancing, West Sussex looking for an experienced accounts/office assistant whose duties will include:

  • Data entry
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Sales invoicing
  • General administration
  • Filing
  • Answering the telephone

    You must have the following skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is essential
  • Previous administration experience essential
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to use initiative
  • Be able to work as part of a team and be self-motivated
  • A good communicator with employees and customers both by telephone and email

Working hours 9.30 to 2.30 – 3 days a week to be determined at interview stage.
