Traffic Tracking Assistant - Temporary (JBB15943)
If you are immediately available and able to work Thursday to Sunday 6 am – 4 pm then please read on. We are looking for a highly organised candidate who is able to join a busy team to support in tracking deliveries, updating systems and liaising with drivers and customers.
You will need to:
- Monitor deliveries through the tracking tool
- Update internal systems and other areas of the business when deliveries are delayed
- Communicating with customers both over the phone and via email.
You will need to have first class customer service skills and be highly competent in using MS Office, and quick to learn new systems. It is a fast paced environment and you will need to think on your feet, and ensure that all administration is completed to the highest standard.
