About the Job

Dumfries and Galloway College are recruiting for a Head of Planning and Quality to join our team based at the College. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary and related terms and conditions. This post is being advertised as a promoted support post with a salary of £49,708 per annum for anyone currently on support terms and conditions or equivalent, or a promoted curriculum post with a salary of £49,217 per annum for anyone currently on academic/lecturing/teaching terms and conditions or equivalent.

Head of Planning and Quality Role

We are now looking for a new Head of Planning and Quality to help us to provide the strategic leadership within the College on key areas including Academic Quality and Marketing. With a passion for student and organisational success, you will have an excellent track record in leadership and quality enhancement in a cross College role and be able to inspire and motivate staff to perform at the highest possible levels. This role will be the lead on a number of key College projects as well as ensuring compliance with national and sector wide requirements.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding individual with high standards and expectations who will relish the opportunity to play an integral role in driving the “Can do” culture within Dumfries and Galloway College.
