There is currently an excellent opportunity for an Agricultural Solicitor to join the team based in Wigton, close to Carlisle and the beautiful Lake District.

The Role: As a Agricultural Solicitor you will be responsible for dealing with large farm / land sales and purchases at auction, and agricultural tenancies. You will also be responsible for farming partnership agreements and renewable energy schemes.

The Candidate: To be considered for the role of Agricultural Solicitor you must have a minimum of 5 years' post qualified experience and the autonomy to manage and advance the department. Local knowledge would be an advantage, but isn't essential. You should also have experience of residential conveyancing.

• Minimum 5 years' post qualified experience
• Autonomy to manage / advance the agricultural department
