We are a long-established Hotel and Conference chain with a proven track record of exceptional service and we’re looking for a Marketing & Conference Coordinator to join our central team. This a dual role that includes coordinating a conference departments marketing activities as well as providing support with enquiries.
What you will be doing
Your primary responsibility would to setup, maintain and optimise our conference and wedding listings, for more than 45 hotels, across multiple websites. In addition to this, you will required to produce print material (brochures, leaflets, posters etc) as well as image editing and other marketing activities when necessary.
Your secondary responsibility is to provide support to the sales team when required. This would include taking enquiries over the phone and email, chasing existing enquiries, nurturing customer relationships and coordinating events with hotels.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Marketing experience (preferably in the travel/hospitality sector) Experience in prioritising work load in a pressured environment Excellent time management Strong organisational skills To be confident in overcoming challenges and achieving KPI’s Keen eye for details Professional attitude always
