Key responsibilities:Greeting clients and visitors to the office Answering, screening and transferring telephone calls Monitoring MI reports on a weekly/monthly basis and escalating any issues Filing, photocopying and archiving Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, memos and emails Maintaining client information and handling requests for data General administrative duties as required Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages

£192.38 - £211.50 per week
