Working for a firm who are very much specialists in their fields of site acquisition, site design and construction and estates management, with 4 offices in the United Kingdom working with a large number of very well known and respected brand names. Working with a lovely office in Livingston, you will be undertaking a very busy support role within the Project Team working to tight deadlines.

The role will be varied and involve different activities being undertaken in connection with the deployment and upgrading of new and existing equipment across projects in the telecommunications,utilities, renewables and advertising sectors.
The primary part of the role will involve the coordination of design processes within the business, providing administrative support to the Harlequin Design Team.
Working alongside Senior members of the team, the successful candidate will assist with programming work (involving internal and external resources), along with the inputting of information into databases and ensuring they are kept up to date.
In addition to the administrative elements of the role, it is also intended that the successful candidate wil ldevelop an understanding of the technical elements of design, through training (in‐house and external), along with the experience they will gained over time. This will then enable a career progression, potentially incorporating Computer‐Aided Design (CAD) and/or on‐site surveys.
This work will be supervised by experienced members of staff and will provide a challenging and rewarding career path.
The role requires the ability to work to strict deadlines to ensure consistent delivery of client demands,ensure accurate forecasting and completion dates are achieved, with all activities to be monitored via internal and client’s site and projects databases.
You will gain a Diploma in Digital applications as part of this apprenticeship.
