My client is a growing company with a friendly environment offering a real chance of career progression. They are currently looking for two Business Administrators to join their branch in Birmingham.
This is a 13-15 month Business Administrator apprenticeship, consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessment, covering Using IT to support administration tasks, producing accurate documents and records and business fundamentals.
Responsibilities and dutiesFiling and completing NHS forms Auditing Answering and making calls to customers, then handling any queries they have Filing and administration tasks Processing NHS and private sales through our system Ordering spectacles/ lens prescriptions for customers, and arranging spectacle deliveries Completing NHS paperwork Data input

Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
Average of 40 hours per week
8:30am-5:30pm - 1hr lunch break
£10,920 per annum
Further accredited training.
A full time role upon completion of the apprenticeship.
