Our client are seeking to employ a full time office Administrator to provide required service to their customers over the phone and email. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, organised, reliable person who has excellent attention to detail and works well as part of a team.

You will gain a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and answering customer email inquiries efficiently. Taking phone calls from customers Processing quotes/orders and taking card payments over the phone. Continuous daily computer use for all of the above. Ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met at all times. Completing necessary paperwork.

Required Skills:

Strong numeracy skills and basic computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment An excellent work Ethic and Positive attitude Previous or current experience in a customer service role would be an advantage


You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

£150.00 - £250.00 per week
