Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Support Apprentice you will be answerable directly to the Office Manager. Updating & Data Entry to In-House Computer Package (Training Provided) Updating Computerised Spreadsheets Answering Telephones Transferring Calls Photocopying/Filing/Faxing/Franking General Office Support Stock control administration Banking Processing customer and supplier orders Full training in all areas will be provided.

Required Skills:

Enthusiastic & Confident Personality Presentable Appearance Pleasant Telephone Manner Good Knowledge of Word & Excel Excellent time management, and able to work on own initiative

Qualifications

You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

Additional Information:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary:

£206.25 per week
