Job Description

This is a great time to join Lily Communications as we are experiencing some considerable growth and embarking on some very exciting strategic projects. Technology will be key to both Lily Communications and the industry going forward.

Responsibilities and duties

To liaise with Engineers throughout the day, obtaining progress reports To maintain Engineers diaries To develop a good working relationship with Engineers and Internal Departments Sourcing and raising part requests to be ordered To clear jobs on the database inputting all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner To cover team members duties as and when required Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives as defined Status check all outstanding work daily Communicate with Internal Departments via variety of medium including email, fax and telephone Sending letters where appropriate and contracts out to the customer To schedule and co-ordinate new installations, additional works and engineers workload on a daily basis, ensuring, that both internal and external client expectations are met Ensure the engineers are despatched to jobs in the most efficient and timely manner

Required qualifications

Any A Level or a Level 3 in a similar subject Or holds an existing project management qualification

Working week

Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm (to include lunch and other prescribed breaks), 37.5hrs per week

Weekly salary will be dependent on the candidate experience
