My well-established client are looking for a highly organised reliable team player to join their team as an apprentice.
You will not be required to have any technical knowledge, as full training will be provided, however attention to detail is essential, as is an eagerness to learn. Good interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be liaising with colleagues, as well as customers from time to time.
Responsibilities and duties
Your key day-to-day responsibilities and duties will include:Working in conjunction with the IT team General office administration - filing, scanning, answering general enquiry calls, shredding information Creating customer records Liaising with supplies such as maintenance and cleaning companies Updating expenses log Inputting supplier invoices to system Office orders Password resets on behalf of the technical team Apprenticeships will also use a blend on-the-job experience, face-to-face workshops and online learning which will teach a range of new skills including: using IT to support administration tasks, producing accurate documents and records, planning and organisation skills, and business fundamentals
Desired skills/experienceMy client are looking for a mature candidate that has great interpersonal skills Someone with an eagerness to learn / open to learning something new on a day-to-day basis Someone that is willing to get stuck in with things Good organisation skills and enthusiasm for IT and on the job learning Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A high attention to detail with an ambition, and strong work ethic
A minimum of 5 GCSE Grades are required (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English (D and above).
£200 per week
