Admin Support Apprentice in Cheshire SK8
My client are a leading will-writing and estate planning service.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Apprentice to join their team. The successful candidate will become an important member of the growing team, whilst completing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not restricted to, the following:Answering the main phone line, taking messages and transferring calls Greeting visitors and providing refreshments for meetings (when required) Opening and logging all incoming post Franking of evening post Photocopying and scanning original legal documents Drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorney using specific software Drafting of Wills once full training has been provided Use of Sage ACT! database (in-house training provided) Opening of new files Chasing of file alarms including Royal Mail trackers, letters and email Filing General office duties

Minimum 5 GCSE grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English
Monday – Friday,
9am-5pm, with 1-hour lunch
£8,000 per annum
