This role is both a back office and front office role therefore a position with a lot of variety. A quick paced position with the opportunity for progression, they are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has the ability to use their own initiative. The apprentice will be working for the CFO, infinite opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:Completion of training paperwork in accordance with company and governing/awarding body requirements. Processing of governing/awarding body documentation for recording and certification. Working with Course Management tools for production and delivery of training certificates. Scanning candidate records into document management system. Take responsibility for certain areas of the administration as detailed by the Business Development Manager. Verification of candidates through a variety of communication channels. To be proficient, competent and ethical in your manner at all times. To be proficient and competent in the use of IT hardware and MS Office software platform as well as CRM system. Scanning and uploading of qualifications in line with GDPR Legislation. Provide support to the Business Development Manager.
Required Skills:High attention to detail with problem solving skills. Enthusiastic employee with ambition, strong work ethic and can work well in a team environment. Open to new ideas with the willingness to learn.
You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.
Additional Information:Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm with Friday 3.00pm finish £10000 - £14000
