At the Roundhouse, our Front Desk operates on a 24-hour check in service due to its popularity and location. It is because of this that we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Receptionist to join our exciting front of house team.
You will be required to check in and checkout guests and groups effectively, maximise sales for room, food and beverage facilities, providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment ensuring the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
