We recognise that there are times when you may need to take a break from your profession and that trying to return to work in the same industry after time-out can often be tough and daunting. We appreciate that individuals like you are a great asset to our organisation and can bring with you enriched experience and knowledge from your time out.  The Property Returners Programme is designed with you in mind.

So who are we looking for?

We are seeking surveyors of all levels and specialisms, and we also have an opportunity for an accountant to work within the Property function.

About the programme

During your placement you will have the opportunity to learn more about our business, priorities and projects, taking on more responsibility as you progress. The programme is intended to bring your industry knowledge and skills back up to speed and to provide you with support back into the workplace.

The programme starts with a comprehensive induction and a period of shadowing. You will have a buddy in your immediate team and a mentor from the wider business to ensure that you can settle into your role in a quick and stress-free way. You will also have the support and guidance of the HR team for additional training and development needs.

Flexible working can be considered, subject to a commitment of a minimum of 21 hours a week. You will need to be within reasonable commuting distance to the location you are applying for.

Surveyor roles are available in:

  • Bristol
  • Glasgow
  • London Euston
  • York

The Finance role can be based at London Euston or Milton Keynes.

We hope to pipeline all successful candidates into roles in the business, dependent on roles available and success in the programme.

Salary varies depending on the role and location.
