Part-time Customer Service Adviser – evening shifts

Where You’ll Be Working
You would be joining the 400+ members of staff who currently work within our busy Contact Centre in our Head Office. Everyone in this department works together to ensure we are delivering our Customers the best Support possible. What You’ll Be Doing
You would be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support when they need it most. We are looking for people to work 4pm to 8pm shifts and 6:30pm to 10:30pm shifts; manning our emergency phone line you will often deal with customers who are off supply. You will also deal with customers general queries using our live chat platforms.
For this role, you will be delivering first class customer service by taking ownership of every call and online query you receive, answering customers questions and ultimately resolving any issues or complaints.
You will receive all necessary training to be able to excel at this position.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for people who will be able to commit to at least four of the shifts we are offering, they are 4pm to 8pm and 6:30pm to 10:30pm and are available Mondays to Fridays.
For your application to be successful we will need you to be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will need to be professional with an empathetic and sympathetic approach towards customers in a difficult situation, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relay information to customers over the phone and live chat. It is very important that you are confident in using multiple programs at one time in a high-pressured situation and can remain calm during these times.
