Risk Analyst – Land Risk
Homes England is going through a significant period of growth and change as we create a new organisation to meet the housing challenge. Buying land and using existing public sector land is a key part of our response to the housing challenge as we use our expertise, land and money to overcome development obstacles and push the market to deliver more and deliver faster. Our land business is expected to more than double in activity over the next five years and as such we will take on significantly more risk and be involved in more complex deals and projects as we deliver for Government. This role will support the Land Risk and Land Portfolio and Delivery Teams to develop robust risk management policies, procedures and processes to ensure we act deliberately, knowingly and with transparency. This means that we will identify, assess and manage risks at every stage of the land process from acquisition to disposal.
