Are you interested in solving the housing crisis? Join the Homes England Housing team to help drive delivery of new affordable housing across England. We have a number of posts based in our operating area offices where you can use your skills and creative thinking to work with our partner organisations (including developers, housing associations and local authorities) to solve roadblocks in scheme development and deliver a regular supply of affordable housing schemes in line with Homes England’s priorities. 

The posts are based in our Operating Areas, and you should indicate the area(s) you would wish to be based. 

Compliance Audit provides assurance that our investment partners receiving grant in our investment programmes have adhered to funding conditions. This is a key post to support the delivery of affordable housing, working across the teams in Homes England to increase supply; manage and monitor relationships with investment partners (including developers, housing associations and local authorities); and manage the compliance audit process for the operating areas. These posts will be part of a national resource, able to share expertise, resources and knowledge across the area teams.
