We have an exciting new opportunity for a Part-time Client Support Administrator.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Update Alert Tracker on daily basis

Enter notes onto Marketing Database

Importing on and off hires

Processing of sales orders, checking requirements and detail with client

Update Service System

Log all call outs – either engineer visit or telephone based

Call out records

Raise detailed engineer requests


Answer incoming calls and confer with clients throughout to keep them informed of status of job and ensure telephones are manned at all times

Process of client requests and enquiries

Processing of sales orders, checking requirements and detail with client & entering on all areas of systems

Liaison with clients

Advise clients in use of products and initial diagnostics of reported technical problems

Deal with client complaints and provide solutions

Responsible for all aspects of support

Assist in the routing of service engineers and cost call out charges

Book engineers into site where required

Arrange locksmiths/glaziers when required

Book and arrange collection of Porta loos

Generating letters

Reception duties as and when required

Handle and sort incoming and outgoing correspondence

Process incoming and outgoing faxes, emails and communications

Total support to all other members of the Client Services Team

Any other duties as required

Salary: £18,000 pro rata

Wed-Fri - 8 hours per day.
