Nescot is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria).? The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of ?Good? under the robust new Ofsted standards.

We are currently recruiting to the following position:?
HR Admin & Systems Assistant ? Full time
?16,165 to ?18,350 p.a.
Starting salary will depend on level of qualifications and relevant work experience
Are you already an Administrator and want to branch out into something different? Or are you looking for your first step within Human Resources or a Systems career? We are able to give you the experience and opportunities you need to progress.
No previous work experience in Human Resources is required, but if you have just left College or University we do want to see evidence of your work experience, either paid or unpaid (other than any organised through your school, college or university).
You will be an integral part of a small team mainly dealing with the HR database and systems and other HR work, so you must have a great work ethic, be very flexible and take real pride in your work. Accuracy, great attention to detail and super administration skills are essential, as is a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude so that you can provide a good service to our staff.
There is the option to gain an apprenticeship qualification whilst you are with us either Level 2/3 in Customer Care/Business Administration or/and an HR Apprenticeship.
