Team Manager - Initial Response Team
Aurora Resourcing are working in Partnership with a Frontline children’s service to find them a Team Manager for their Initial Response Team on a locum basis for 3-6 months.
You’ll be responsible for developing and ensuring high quality service provision for the service, providing leadership to operational teams.
In initiating and delivering strategies and plans you’ll work closely with other areas of children’s services, partners and other agencies and ensure that performance expectations are known and understood by all staff.
You must be
- HCPC/UK registered Social Worker
- Have management experience within a similar team
- Be able to start quickly within 3 /4 weeks maximum
- Be confident in your ability to manage a short term childrens team
