My client requires a knowledgeable, and reliable Catering Manager to manage the operational team and provide high quality food and service, whilst keeping within budget restraints..
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Ensuring Company procedures are followed in regard to purchasing, storing and safe handling of food.
- Maximising customer appeal and where possible exceeding expectation.
- Manage the day to day operations in line with Client and Company standards.
- Customer service skills essential
- Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed.
