Supporting those with learning difficulties and behaviour management issues, they strive to empower service users to achieve their potential. The vacancy for a residential manager on one of their sites has become available in one of their 5 bed residential homes supporting young adults.
Your new role
As a level 5 qualified manager with experience working with young adults and a thorough understanding of CQC guidelines, you will oversee the day to day running, timetabling, operational reporting of the care home. You will report directly to the operations director and HR director respectively regarding funding, staffing and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management is essential so we can complete the registered manager status for the successful applicant. A thorough understanding of CQC guidelines and a desire to provide the highest quality of care and support to young disadvantaged adults.
