Care Manager - Domiciliary Branch - Reddicth - Up to £34,000
Your new company
A small private domiciliary care company are recruiting for a Care Manager who will hold registration with CQC. They offer a domiciliary care to elderly people within their own home in the local community. The organisation provide support to those with dementia, complex needs, challenging behaviour and frail conditions. Due to success the organisation are opening their second branch in Redditch.
Your new role
As a Care Manager you will hold full responsibility for providing care of your clients in the community and will lead your team to deliver a personalised and quality service. You will be a part of developing the new services and increasing the hours they operate at. You will have responsibility for recruiting, training and supervising all team members. You will monitor and review clients care and ensure that the care plans are kept up to date and accurate at all times, all care plans will be person centred and reflect the wishes and wants of the client. You will ensure the service is CQC compliant and able to achieve a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have managerial experience and have recent experience in a domiciliary setting. You will hold a Level 5 management qualification or be currently working towards. You will have the knowledge of operating in a domiciliary care service at 'Good' or 'Outstanding'. You will be caring natured, warming and able to lead a successful team.
