The role of Demi Chef de Partie involves:

Preparing mise-en-place, items and dishes for the team

Assisting with the creation of new menu items

Making dishes or carving at Service stations for events

Ensuring all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to

The ideal Demi Chef de Partie candidate will be:

Passionate about the culinary industry and use of fresh local produce

Experienced within a similar hotel or fine dining environment or NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent in Culinary or catering fields.

Good understanding and use of English language.
