Talented Sous Chef with diverse cookery skills needed to join the Head Chef of this new restaurant and bar operation coming to Loughton Essex.
Sous Chefs should have a proven career in busy high end establishments with all round knowledge of the running of a modern professional kitchen.
The menu will offer a selection of small plates for lunch time diners where the chef can use the best of ingredients to produce and eclectic variety of dishes allowing for experimental dishes alongside traditional favourites.
In the evening the restaurant will offer a more traditional British Grill with classic dishes given a modern day twist.
This is a company which wants to expand its food repertoire onto a more global stage with a version of the restaurant in a pop up from being on offer at commercial locations at exhibitions.
