A small/medium West London Housing Association is seeking a PART TIME Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Manager (FM) in the day to day running of the organisation.

Working 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday, this varied role will involve:

* Being the point of contact for all facilities queries
* Ensuring post is distributed efficiently and correctly
* Monitoring stock and placing stationary orders etc to maintain the office
* Ensuring the vending machines are fully stocked
* Gauging feedback and providing this along with improvement ideas to the FM
* Monitoring the cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure optimum service
* Taking management for all archiving which will include shredding documents etc
* Generating staff passes and taking photos of new starters to ensure they can begin
* Maintenance of facilities database and assistance with invoicing for the FM
* Any other adhoc tasks as needed by the organisation

The above will provide an idea of the tasks, in order to be considered for the role you must have the following skills and qualities:

* Live within commutable distance and have a genuine reason to want to be PART TIME at only 20 hours per week
* Have experience in a similar role looking after facilities
* Able to use your time effectively to get tasks done efficiently
* Flexible towards tasks undertaken
* Knowledge of social housing
* Outgoing and friendly
* Dealt with external suppliers
* Able to liaise at all levels
* Could walk into this role with minimal training and start ASAP
