We are working with a group who has businesses and operations in over
50 countries across Europe, southern Africa, the Americas, Asia and
Australia over grocery, agriculture, ingredients and retail, including
some well known household names.

They are seeking a Part Time Group Security Administrator to assist in
maximising the effectiveness of the department by efficiently
planning, organising and implementing administrative tasks, working
closely with the PA and alongside the Admin Assistant.

This role is to be based in Maidenhead, working 3 full days a week.

Responsibilities will include;

* To assist the PA to the Head of Group Security with the management
of travel security and medical solutions to group employees.

* To assist the PA and support the Head of Group Security during
absences including the arrangement of appointments, conference
calls, pre-employment searches and travel itineraries to meet the
business needs.

* Support the Team Assistant and PA with production and timely
circulation of security reviews and bulletins to agreed formats
and distribution lists.

* To cover the Team Assistant’s absence and support the Security
Team with the preparation of security reviews and management of
departmental holiday requests and rest days in lieu.

* To analyse and report department KPI’s.

* Assist with the creation of presentation templates and library
maintenance.

* To assist the PA with the review of processes and ensure
compliance with regulations concerning new suppliers, ABC and
GDPR.

* To efficiently and effectively make appointments and coordinate
dates, times and locations for meetings, telephone conversations
and conference calls with individuals inside and outside the
business and provide administrative support to Regional Security
Managers.

* Assist with processing invoices, cross charges and expense claims.

* Any other duties of an associated/similar nature including the
arrangement of travel itineraries to meet the business needs and
effectively filter calls and requests.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt your
working style and work well with colleagues at varying business
levels.
Your previous experience in an administrative setting will have
equipped you with brilliant time management and organisational skills
and you will be keen to secure a role where you can make an impact
