Part-time Finance & Office Mananger

£22k-£25k (Salary pro-rata'd to actual hours)

My client is looking for a dynamic Office & Finance Manager to join
its small, but fast growing and friendly team.

The role requires a dynamic person, capable of working on their own
initiative with experience in finance, specifically working with Sage.
The breadth of responsibility requires someone who is a fast learner
and keen to develop with the company. You will need to be numerate and
confident working with clients and suppliers. The role reports to the
Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities include:-

- Managing all transactions within the finance system - Sage

- Managing weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting using

- Managing the Payroll and the Payroll Service Provider

- Managing VAT returns

- Obtaining quotes and negotiating preferential pricing with suppliers

- Placing Orders with Suppliers

- Support the preparation of quotes

- Supporting Marketing Initiatives

- Monitoring the company Website and Social Media Pages

- General Office Management Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role
which covered in Finance Administration. You will have a high degree
of flexibility, be extremely organised and be able to manage your own
workload. You must also possess a strong attention to detail and be
able to follow processes and identify improvements. Part-time hours –
the role can be flexible to suit the right person
