Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting an experienced Training Co-ordinator to join the Apprenticeship Hub based at Gloucestershire College.
As part of the apprenticeship team this role is pivotal in the success of our apprenticeship programmes and for supporting apprentices and employers on their journey with us.
The role is responsible for a caseload of apprentices from levels 2 to 6 ensuring all aspects of the apprenticeship programme is well-managed and the contract requirements are fully met.
The role will also be responsible for ensuring apprenticeship delivery conforms to the Common Inspection Framework, the Apprenticeship Framework and internal and external audit requirements.
As a Training Co-ordinator you will follow current recruitment and selection procedures, matching applicants with potential employers, guiding learners through their individual learning plans to eventual achievement of the apprenticeship framework.
Securing new employer training through the development of working relationships with employers.
