ICIS Client Service Support Executive - EMEA - Sutton based - 6 month FTC
We are looking for a Client Service Support Executive to join our Global Client Service team based in our Sutton office.
This is a 6 month contract position with potential to lead to permanent.
As a support executive, you will be the first point of contact for our global client base reactively responding to enquiries and requests within set SLA’s. Supporting and collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing teams and engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound client inquiries, routing and escalating accordingly.

• Providing support via telephone, email and live chat.
• Providing guidance and support for our clients using our in house tools.
• Identifying training opportunities leading to a successful customer experience.
• Escalation to our internal technical teams.
• Recording all customer interaction in our CRM System Sales Force.
• Routine maintenance, prioritising and managing case queue.
