About the role
We are looking for a customer focused Part Time Telephonist to join our team at Teesside Audi. You will be the first point of contact for our customers calling into our business and therefore responsible for ensuring they are given the correct information and/or directed to the most appropriate person. You will be operating a busy switchboard, handing a high volume of telephone calls professionally and efficiently. Duties will also include assisting with general administrative duties in the dealership as required.
Hours of work - Wednesday 1- 6pm, Thursday and Friday 8-6pm
You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner. Experience working in a similar role with the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities along with strong organisation skills and an eye for detail is also important.
