Signature Recruitment have the privilege of providing a number of Client Support Agent opportunities that have become available with our client, a successful market leading FTSE 100 company. Located centrally within Bristol, this role represents a great opportunity to join a market leading, prestigious company that offers training and development for successful candidates.

The role itself will involve assisting clients primarily over the telephone, building rapport and assisting them with transaction issues, queries and processing information; making sure to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process. This will be a frontline role which involves varied exposure to multiple services and areas of the business. The role will also involve maintenance of our Clients ever expanding password information database. You will be motivated to provide excellent customer service in a busy, professional environment.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Drive to provide excellent Client satisfaction
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Problem solving skills

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience and general interest in excellent customer service
  • Experience of a client (customer service) facing role, comfortable dealing with clients directly (via telephone)
  • Desire to contribute to the Company’s success and uphold its exceptional reputation

Working hours: 18 to 30 per week, Monday to Friday. The preferred days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday (full days or school hours). However, our client will consider other options for the right candidate.

This role is paying the full time equivalent of £19,500 with excellent benefits.
