Membership and Ticketing Services Assistant

Our Membership and Ticketing Services (MTS) operate ticketing and membership sales in the galleries at Tate Britain and Tate Modern. We operate seven days a week, including Friday and Saturday until 22.00. We have the largest membership scheme of its type in Europe and are very proud of the service we offer.
As a MTS Assistant you will work in both the gallery and our contact centre confidently selling tickets, membership and related products, building customer relationships and delivering the type of high quality service that people like to talk about. You’ll also be required to use your organisation skills to complete data input duties and manage your daily till. The job is busy and demanding at times but we are a friendly team who share ideas and support each other.
The available positions are part-time, working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note that you will be expected to commit to work all three days each week. Please download and view the Job Description for more details.
