The company is looking to hire either a part-time or full time Personal Assistant to one of the Directors of the business. The role will include general administration and assistant tasks in addition to the below:
Organise and prioritise tasks, meetings and calendar effectively
Screening all inbound calls appropriately
Assist with internal meetings
Market research and analysis
Create reports and graphs to help analyse performance of the company
Office manager – paperwork, post, filing, handling contractors
Organise company events
Build and maintain relationships with business clients
Work with third party suppliers
Based in Kensington, the role will be suitable for candidates with the below criteria. Some experience with administration or PA work would be preferred.

- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal with pressure
- An honest and trustworthy manner
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- An interest in media advertising
- Passion, initiative and motivation essential
Hours of work:
Can be flexible to accommodate school times and holidays, as well as offer a full-time role subject to applicants preference and suitability. Preferred hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-3pm.
