We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to support Extended Range team. As our CS Administrator you will work closely with our customers, inputting and managing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the highest level whilst supporting the wider team.
Strong levels of communication skills both verbal and non-verbal will be key within this role as you handle and resolve enquiries and disputes from customers and individuals across the business. You will also be highly organised with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency within your work.
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will be commercially aware, will have the ability to meet deadlines and will flexible in providing support for other teams when required and undertake other duties, as and when needed.
