Part Time Accounts Administrator (3 days a week, hours 8am – 5pm)

Temporary starting ASAP for approx. 9 months

Pay £9.50 - £12 per hour (depending on experience)

Overview:

Think Recruitment are currently recruiting internally for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to work with a forward thinking lively Recruitment Agency in Birmingham.

The Company:

We are a privately owned Recruitment Agency based in Birmingham working within the Construction Industry sectors. Think Recruitment supply freelance short term and permanent white collar construction professionals to leading Construction Companies across the East and West Midlands and on a Nationwide basis.

The Role:

Accounts Administration Duties (including but not limited to):

Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate person, assisting our busy accounts team, with timesheets, payroll, invoicing (SAGE Experience is essential), liaising with candidates and dealing with any queries, , and general administration support.

Key Skills:

* Accounts Administrator must have a very good telephone manner.
* Excellent I.T skills and conversant in Outlook emails, Word and Excel etc.
* A minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience working within a similar fast paced multi-tasking role.
* Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and be able to think on your feet and outside the box is essential for this role.
* Previous experience within in a similar role would be very advantageous but not essential
* Must have SAGE experience

Interviews to be held for this position and training will be provided.
