Our client, a highly successful company, is looking for highly motivated Lead Generators to join their ever expanding team. If you are looking for a role in which you can utilise your exceptional sales techniques, then this could be the role for you.

The role requires a friendly, professional, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills, great time management, a sales mentality and the ability to think effectively and efficiently to make independent decisions on each case

Key responsibilities include:

· Making outbound calls

· Generating warm leads for the Sales team

· Building rapport with potential new clients

· Adhering to scripts, taking full details and ensuring a potential client’s case meet the specific acceptance criteria

· Proficient processing of cases through the case management system

· Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system

· Ensuring sales targets are achieved, along with other activity-based targets

Key Skills and Experience required include:

· Successful track record within telesales

· Excellent communication and rapport building skills

· Ability to negotiate and close new sales

· Self-motivated and a hunger for success

· Good IT skills including the use of CRM databases

· Accurate and timely data entry skills

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday 10am-6pm with early finish Friday
