On behalf of our UK Aviation Client we are seeking a full time Boeing Fleet Support Engineer to join its CAMO Team. The preferred location for this position is Doncaster Airport, however could also be based at Lasham Airfield.

Reporting to the Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager, key responsibilities will involve supporting the Boeing 727 and 737 Fleet Managers with:
  • Managing all maintenance on fleet aircraft and maximising operational availability
  • Project management of modifications, design changes and repairs
  • Incorporation of operational and maintenance procedures arising from approved modifications
  • On-site base maintenance representation and oversight
  • Review and Development of Approved Maintenance Programmes, ensuring standardisation between fleets
  • Production and analysis of reliability data and reports, enhancing the reliability programmes
  • Review, assess and process incoming mandatory and non-mandatory service information and directives, performing cost benefit analysis when required
  • Assisting with root cause analysis and rectification for compliance deficiencies and occurrences as and when they arise

The successful candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in aviation/aircraft engineering within maintenance and/or airworthiness disciplines
  • Strong IT skills, including demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Scanning applications and Printers etc.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and without direct supervision
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a busy environment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations such as EASA Part M and Part 145
  • Experience working within a CAMO environment would be advantageous

In addition, applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK and hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
